Tamarind is a wonderful vitamin rich fruit that grows in tropical countries. Fresh organic pulped is paired with organic scotch bonnet peppers, ginger, herbs and spices to create a wonderful mild hot sauce. The polyphenols in tamarind have powerful antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties.
This sauce is great on doubles, stir fries and a great base in salad dressings.
Distilled water, organic tamarind, organic apple cider vinegar, ginger root, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, Himalayan pink salt, browning colour, xanthan gum (binding agent).
Directions: Use sparingly on dishes. Refrigerate after opening.
