These patties were made to bring back foodie memories or to make new ones. This delicious moringa infused pastry is filled with lentils and kale slow cooked in coconut with fresh herbs and spices.
Pastry: Unbleached all purpose flour, distilled water, dairy free vegan butter, moringa seasoning blend, date sugar, Himalayan pink salt.
Filling: Organic green lentils, organic kale, coconut milk ,onion powder, fresh herb blend (see Pot Invasion) ,spices, Himalayan pink salt.
Directions: Preheat oven to 180 °C. Heat patties for 20 minutes or until the middle of patty hot. You can test this but sticking the tines of a fork or a skewer. Serve warm or at room temperature.
