Succulent fall of the bone ...errrm we mean sugar cane (that is what what we use) and drenched in rich dark sauce with butter beans with a hint of heat. This dish comes with rice and red beans cooked in coconut milk, steamed cabbage and some sweet plantains.
What you get:
- 1 serving rice and red beans
- 1 portion air fried plantain
- 1 portion steamed cabbage
- 4 pieces of oxtail

Rice: Place container in microwave for approximately 3 minutes until heated through.
Vegan Oxtail Stew: Add 4 tablespoons of water, stir and reheat for approximately 3 minutes. Eat and enjoy.
