Guyana is home to some of the most culturally diverse food in the region and still very little is known about their cuisine. Guyana is a forested country with rivers and home to unique species of fruit and vegetables.
Guyanese curry goes deep, it is rich it is spicy and the flavour notes sometimes go on to infinity. We seasoned our Beef Roasting joint, pair it with potatoes and chickpeas and simmered it down for hours. We top this off with a fluffy roti for all of your dipping needs.
