Vegan Chickpea Tuna Spread

Vegan Phish Seasoning gives home cooks an wonderful opportunity to capture the flavour of fish in certain dishes. Chickpea spread with a sprinkle of this seasoning elevates the flavour tremendously. INGREDIENTS:
Island Love Gourmet Vegan Phish Seasoning                    1 tbs
One can chickpeas (drained but with a little liquid left.)           440 g
Small onion (minced)                                                              1 tbs
Onion (minced)                                                                       1 small
Celery                                                                                       ¼ cup
Parsley (minced)                                                                     1 tbs
Vegan mayonnaise                                                                   ⅓ cup
Hot pepper sauce or sriracha                                                   (optional)

PREPARATION:
  • Mash the chickpeas and their liquid, onion, celery, parsley, and mayonnaise to taste in a medium bowl. Add 1 tablespoons of Island Love Gourmet's Vegan Phish Seasoning and hot pepper sauce to taste.

Serve and enjoy.
